HEPReady® Regional Workshop-Traralgon

The Traralgon regional workshop (funded by the Department of Health and Human Services) is an opportunity for your workforce to develop a comprehensive understanding of viral hepatitis along with local perspectives. Join community members, experts, clinicians, health care providers, local government and organisation to discuss the eradication of viral hepatitis. We are encouraging people from various backgrounds-health workers, pharmacists, AOD workers, social workers, counsellors, refugee health workers, students/volunteers to health care as well as school nurses to get trained at this workshop. What will you learn? Epidemiology, methods of transmission, progression, current treatment options, regional healthcare services and referral pathways, overcoming barriers to accessing services. Lunch provided.
